UPDATE 22:50 Athens time.
This is my very rough and quick yet fairly accurate translation of the announcement from the Presidency of the Greek Republic:
At the meeting it was agreed to agree (actual wording) to a new government whose goal it will be to lead the county to elections immediately to elections, following the implementation of the decisions of the council of October 26. For the determination of the obligations resulting from the implementation of the decisions and the time scale indicated, an immediate meeting will occur between the two parties. The PM, George Papandreou has already declared that he will not lead the new government. Tomorrow, the PM and the opposition leader will talk further on the subject of the new PM and the composition of the new government. Tomorrow, the President of the Republic will call a meeting of the leaders of the parties represented in Parliament.
